Pasta with truffle cream and mushrooms

Ingredients
  • 90 grams Augusto White truffle sauce (1 jar)
  • 1/2 package dried pasta (choose your fave)
  • 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, cleaned & thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Augusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
  1. In a large saute pan heat olive oil over medium heat, add mushrooms and cook until almost soft.
  2. Cook pasta al dente in a pot of salted water. Drain.
  3. Add cooked pasta to the saute pan with the Augusto White truffle sauce. Toss with tongs until pasta is coated.
  4. Distribute evenly between bowls, and top with desired amount of freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
