Print Recipe Servings Prep Time Cook Time Passive Time 2people 10minutes 20minutes Ingredients 90 grams Augusto White truffle sauce (1 jar) 1/2 package dried pasta (choose your fave) 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, cleaned & thinly sliced 1/4 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped 3 tbsp Augusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil Servings: people Units:MetricUS Imperial Course Main Dish Cuisine Italian Instructions In a large saute pan heat olive oil over medium heat, add mushrooms and cook until almost soft. Cook pasta al dente in a pot of salted water. Drain. Add cooked pasta to the saute pan with the Augusto White truffle sauce. Toss with tongs until pasta is coated.
