Augusto Cerignola Olives get their rich green colour from a specialized curing process. Their large size makes them ideal for antipasto platters, eating alone, or enjoying on a variety of salads and mediterranean dishes. This semi-firm olive pairs well with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, mild asiago cheese, and a variety of cured meats including genoa salami and parma proscuitto.
